    My son has been attending Penfield Childtime since he was 10 months old and he is now 3 and a half years old. He really loves it there and has learned a lot. When your child is happy at the end of the day, even when he is picked up a bit late, that is when you know it is a good daycare. They encourage parents to check on their kids at any time of day. I have called childtime on the days that my child has been a little off in the morning, and I always get updates from the teachers in a friendly tone. I am really glad that I decided to send him to Childtime. The only concern I have had for some time has been many a changes in teachers, but the kids seem to adjust well to teachers. So I am not worried any more. I would definitely recommend Childtime to my friends.

    I should be leaving today on my honeymoon that was booked in April but I am not. Kelly at the Penfield office was the agent that ruined our honeymoon. The managers had horrible customer service including among many other things telling me our trip was like Murphy’s Law. In the end we had to pay $800 for a ruined honeymoon and absolute horrible customer service.
